For Ages 18 and up

Come explore the bay off Flag Ponds Nature Park with lighted stand up paddle boards. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and must have prior experience stand up paddle boarding. To try out a stand up paddle board check out Patuxent Adventure Center in Solomons or Sup2u Rentals at Kings Landing Park.

Location: Flag Ponds Nature Park we will meet at the education building

Reservations and payment are required in advance.

Register online or by mail or in person (at Battle Creek Cypress Swamp) No phone reservations accepted.

Fee is per person.
$75 for BCNES members
$85 for nonmembers

Bring your own kayak option does not apply to this program.

Due to the limited number of paddle boards with light systems, we will only have room for 5 people for the paddle. If we have enough people interested we can set up another trip on separate date as well. If we are unable to fit you into the trip, you will receive a full refund.

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
