3-5 years old, Adults are required

Location: Battle Creek Cypress Swamp

The days are short and the animals and plants have been getting ready for winter. Are you ready?  We will tell stories, play games, and build forts - best of all - cook some snacks over a campfire. Wear your warm clothes to this one – it will be outside!


We will have a fire going from 10AM-12PM - you may stay for part or all of that time


Advanced Reservations are required - Please register by December 11

Fee is per family; Register online, by email, by mail, or by phone, 410-535-5327.

Free for Society members
$8 per family for nonmembers

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
