For Adults

Location: Flag Ponds Nature Park, Lusby

Come join us for a 90 minute sunrise yoga class on the beach. We will meet at the education building and provide shuttle service to the beach. Class starts at 6:00 am and is for 18 years old and older. The park will be open to attendees 30 minutes before class starts.

Bring: Water, yoga mat and shoes to walk out to the beach

Fee is per person: $12, members; $15, nonmembers

Reservations are required. Register online, by email, by mail, or by phone, 410-535-5327.

Registration Deadline is Friday August 1st

Fee is per person; may be paid online, by mail, in person, or on day of event.

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
