Registration opens May 1 for members, May 8 for nonmembers
Registration is closed

For Ages 3 to 5 years
Adult participation is required

Learn about the animals that live in our creeks and streams. We’ll be wading in the water catching animals so wear clothes and shoes that you can get wet and dirty and bring a change of clothes. Old tennis shoes are best as they will stay on your feet.

Location: Flag Ponds Nature Park

Naturalist in charge: Gene Groshon

Reservations are required.

Program Fee:
Free for members
$8 per family for nonmembers

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
