New Years Day Hike

All ages, families and adults, children must be supervised by an adult.

Come ring in the New Year with a brisk hike through the winter woods of Flag Ponds. Dress in layers for frosty weather, and explore the uplands, swamps and ponds on this circuit hike of the park. The hike will be approximately 3 miles in length. We will end back at the Visitor's Center to warm up with a cup of hot cocoa.

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
