Assistance is needed to catch dragonfly nymphs for part of a national initiative. Volunteers will spend the morning wading Battle Creek with sampling nets to collect young dragonflies from the water. The dragonfly mercury project is studying the impact and distribution of mercury in the environment.

Participants may bring their own chest waders if they have them. Not appropriate for children under 13.
