We have been monitoring Bluebirds throughout Calvert County since 1987. Volunteers check and record data annually on 15 trails with over 350 nest boxes.  

Last winter's weather took a heavy toll on Bluebirds with many dying of starvation and cold. Join us Thursday evening as we take a look at the year's nesting data and develop strategies for bringing back their numbers. We will be looking to move and rehabilitate several trails over the winter months as well as establish trails at new locations.  

Returning and new volunteers are welcome.
