We are canceling the program because of the high wind advisory.

Adults, teens welcome with an adult
We’ll take a short stroll along the fields near the parking area listening for the breeding display of the American Woodcock (also known as a Timberdoodle). Dress for the weather. Due to rough terrain of the trails this activity is not wheelchair accessible.
Naturalist in charge: Karyn Molines
Location: Ward Farm Recreation and Nature Park, Dunkirk. Directions will be sent to all who register
Fee is per person. Free for Society members; $8 for nonmembers

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
