COVID-19 Status

Calvert County Government is taking all necessary measures to protect public health and welfare. It is important to follow public health recommendations, advisories and protective actions to slow the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and limit the number of people infected.  Most current information is on the Calvert County COVID-19 VIrtual Resource Center.

Programs have been canceled through May 17, 2020 and we will re-evaluate as new information is available.

Most County parks are closed. Those that are open with adjusted hours are open to Calvert County residents only.
Please check the Calvert County Natural Resources Park Hours page for updates on park operations.

Registration for July-September programs opens May 4 for Members, May 18 for Nonmembers.
Join today to take advantage of the early registration period.

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
