Join the Native Garden Corps!

Volunteers are needed to help the park staff prepare native seeds for over wintering in the garden. The seedlings that sprout in the spring will be used in native plantings around the county next season. This is a fun and simple technique that you can use in your own gardens.  Ages 9 and up welcome. Volunteers under age 16 must have an adult participating with them.

Current volunteers can sign up through

Calvert Stewards Website
