School's Out Camp - Raptors!

For children in Grades 3-5

Get a behind-the-scenes look at the raptors (hawk and owls) that live here at the nature center.  Find out what it takes to be a raptor handler and learn more about these awesome birds.  Bring lunch and a snack.


Program Fee per camper: $5 for members; $20 for nonmembers.

Location: Battle Creek Cypress Swamp

Space is limited to 10 campers.

The schedule of events is subject to changed based on the status of the coronavirus response, weather, staffing, and other situations that may arise. If Calvert Nature Society or Calvert County Natural Resources Division cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
